Book Nominations

Hey there Page Turners!!

We need your book nominations!! A Page Turns will be a book club where all members are encouraged to participate in not only the discussions but in having a say about which books we will be reading.

That said, this post will be available for people to nominate possible book club reads!!

Nominate away :-)

I want to read any of the Maggie Stiefvater books (Lament and Ballad) since I've already read Shiver.

I'm going to suggest one of my favorite books, which I've been meaning to re-read. American Gods by Neil Gaiman.

I'm sure some of you others have read it, if not you definitely should. It changed my expectations of writers, totally took things to a new level.

I suggest Apologize, Apologize by Elizabeth Kelly.

Its a new book by Elizabeth Kelly that has received rave reviews and is said to be a great book club read!

I'm going to suggest 2 books that have been sitting my shelf for a few months now that I've never gotten around to reading, but have always wanted to!

The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls and Hurry Down Sunshine by Michael Greenberg.

Thanks for inspiring me to start reading (for pleasure) again. I needed this swift kick in the pants!

I just finished reading The Shack... and it was just too good to not read again. So I am nominating it! :-) It could be classified as a Christian fiction, and so for those that do not believe in the Christian faith, the message the story brings can be used in all walks of life and faith and can still be beneficial for you!!
